Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, we may process a refund for the full purchase amount, less a 30% deduction to cover shipping and restocking fees.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note — any items sent to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Please include proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
